How should I list my property on MLSBharat.com?

To list the property you must create your account at our site. You can create an account using "New User" link. Open the login form and enter your user name and password. This will show you page containing your account details. First select the "new scheme" link. Next select "Add properties in existing scheme". Then fill your property details. This completes the registration process.

How will I locate my property on map?

Once you have completed property details entry, map entry page shows up. Mark your property location using e-locate button on the city map.

How soon will my property get listed once I complete the transaction?

Within 48 hours after your payment has been cleared

What is home video tour?

We will take 360 degree videos of your property.

How will I find required service in my city?

Click on services link. This will open the page containing the list of the services then select the required service. This will display the list of cities. Then select your city if it has been displayed.

As a buyer how can I buy a property that has been listed?

You can directly contact the seller, you will get seller details on property detail page. If you want us to represent you, please contact us. Send the request through the buyer request form.

Can I use credit card to do payments for property listing?

Yes you can do your payment using credit card.
